Jake Ankenbrandt | Young Life

Young Life is an international outreach ministry whose mission is to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and to help them grow in their faith. Young Life is in over 90 countries worldwide and has been in Thomas County for 18 years. Jake Ankenbrandt is the current Area Director for Young Life Thomas County. He works alongside a group of local YL volunteer leaders to care for and love kids in our area by forming meaningful relationships with the hope of earning the right to share the Gospel with them. Jake is the son of our WMC keynote speaker, Don Ankenbrandt, and a member of FPC.

DAILY PRAYER

O God, we thank you for the Young Life ministry around the world, and especially in Thomas County. We praise you for all the lives that have been touched by YL leaders over the years and pray that more adult leaders will feel the call to participate in this ministry. Lord, please guide Jake as he prepares his message for us and open our hearts to receive it. In Jesus’ name, AMEN.
